Right now, getting extracted data into your accounting software means downloading a CSV from Parsebay and re-importing it on the other side. We're building direct connectors for QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books to remove that step. Here's how they'll work.
You'll extract your documents as usual and review the rows in your sheet. Then, from the Download dialog, you'll pick a destination under Send to: QuickBooks Online or Zoho Books. The first time, you'll sign in and pick a company. Parsebay will only get permission to create the records you send.
You'll be able to choose whether rows are created as Bills or Expenses, and whether missing vendors get created automatically. Nothing is sent until you click, and you review every row first.
One record per row: vendor, date, amounts, and tax fields map to the matching fields in your books. Rows you've edited in the sheet are sent exactly as you edited them.
We plan to include the sync on every plan, including Free. If you want to be first in line when it ships, tell us which accounting software you use.
