Every accounting system writes dates, decimals and percentages its own way, and Parsebay's presets match each one. For Zoho Books and Tally it builds the full import file, and checks every entry against the total printed on the document before you download it. For any other system, choose its date format and go. You import the file yourself. Parsebay never logs in to your accounting software.

A code like 0042 keeps its zeros. Dates stay dates. Money columns still add up after you close the file and open it again.
Before a Zoho Books or Tally file is written, every line, tax and charge is added up and checked against the total printed on the document. If they disagree, even by 0.01, nothing is written and you're told which document and both figures.
Headers and values come back in the document's own language, with every accent and mark. Nothing gets translated.
