Different accounting systems disagree about how a date, a decimal separator and a percentage should be written, and getting it wrong is the kind of mistake that imports quietly and is wrong forever. Parsebay ships CSV presets for Xero, QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books, Odoo, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage, so the notation matches before you import. You still download the file and import it yourself — Parsebay does not connect to your accounting software.

A part code of 0042 stays 0042, not 42. A date stays a date, not a five-digit serial. A money column still adds up after you close the file and open it again.
Headers and values come back in the document's own language, with every accent and mark as the page shows it. Nothing is translated, transliterated or tidied.
List the columns you want and the sheet comes back with exactly those headers, spelled your way, with an empty cell where the document had nothing. Or append to a sheet you already have and it matches the headers already in it.
