Before your sheet is delivered, every page is verified against the original document.
"Total", "total amount", "amt" all match your existing columns automatically, so month two lands in the same place as month one.
Receipt details land in a Meta tab and line items in their own tab. Tick “Add the file name each row came from” when you extract and both tabs carry it, so a pivot can join them across a whole batch.

The original file you upload is deleted automatically within three days. The spreadsheet made from it stays in your library so you can reopen it, and you can delete any document yourself whenever you want. When the data looks right, take it with you. You download the file and import it yourself — Parsebay does not connect to your accounting software.

Systems disagree about how a date, a decimal separator and a percentage should be written, and getting it wrong imports quietly and stays wrong. Presets for Xero, QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books, Odoo and Sage, plus a Tally import file, set the notation before you download; for any other system, pick its date format on the Default preset. You import the file yourself.
Headers and values come back in the document's own language, with every accent and mark as the page shows it. Nothing is translated or transliterated.
Before a Zoho Books or Tally file is written, every line, tax and charge is added up and checked against the total printed on the document. If they disagree, even by 0.01, nothing is written and you're told which document and both figures.
